With family help I thing as little as $5,000 would be a great start for most people as that is enough to get a cheap car and a place to live and to have the food and time to find that good fitting job. for me I would be happy just to get out as all the books I read and all the skills that I have (computer skill, high teck Mackinac on cars trucks). I thing that it is a waste of human physical power to lock people down as for sure every humans in this world has a place and skills to help move humankind forward to a better future.
