RELEASE PLAN
PURPOSE:
To show that I am ready, prepared and have a great support system in place to help me with my transition
in rejoining society and familiarizing myself with the many way in which the world is moving today. Also to
understand the struggles I will face on the road to reaching the goals I set.
PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT:
My mission is to continue on my life transformation path and move from negative lanes of the past to a place
of peace love and joy. I am making these changes by focusing on what is important to me now, family, employ-
ment, spiritual growth and maintaining a criminal free life style. In this new found approach to life I believe that
I will be a better man and will seek help in doing so. Friends, family and other form of support group are here
for me and I plan to take full advantage of every opportunity that presents it’s self and seek after others.
LONG-TERM GOALS:
* Continue growing and building My brand CancerFitLife Apparel to compete on the global stage in fashion & awareness
* Net-work with my non-profit America’sIncarcerated Matters and continue to advocate for meaning reform
* Become a home owner
* reconnect with and be supportive of my children and grand children
* Make amends with the community for my past mistake and wrongs
SHORT-TERM GOALS:
* Obtain employment
* Open a bank account; personal/business
* reconnect with my family and the community
* Volunteer at community group/organization to help others
* Purchase a vehicle
* start my personal training build to suppliment my income while working my long term goals
KEY TO SUCCESS FACTORS:
* Family and friend support
* Build/repair positive relationships
* Become independent and continue to strive for success and betterment. Be the change I desire.
PLAN OF ACTION:
Once release I will reside with my uncle Lee Smith, I’ll be able to save money to rent an apartment on my own.
I’ll be helping with the bills and prepare to do the same on my own. My uncle has agreed along with my parents
and other family & supporter to help me get settled while I am saving for and my own place build my companies.
I have a friend and family that agreed to allow me to work from their homes and go on the road to gain the experience and trainer I need to be a successful owner of CFL And AIM.
When I am ready, I will move to my own place and start building my credit profile so that I will be able to apply
AAA credit to build the life style I desire. My children will have a place to stay should they need it. My Daughter will be living with us along with my grand-daughter that she is raising on her own and having a hard time making ends meet. But once released I will be able to help my daughter with preparing to become the leader she wants to be and help her with training in Business and with my G-Baby.
I am looking forward to spending time with my mother and father that has been fighting medical issues that has become more aggressive and I long to see them as much as I can after being incarcerated for the 23 plus years.
