Well, today is my 42nd birthday!!! I got up had a cup of coffee and then had count so lock down then lunch. I got back to the unit and my friend did a pedicure for me for my birthday. (out of the garbage can) lol. We just had the captain walk-through and she stopped at my cell and asked whose birthday it was since another friend of mine had decorated my room with a banner and decorations. I am blessed to have the girls I do have. I called Sandy and she answered the phone singing Happy Birthday to me. It made me feel remembered for sure. She has been such a blessing throughout this experience. I am so thankful to my friend Jade for sharing her gma with me. I am about to watch a movie and get ready for the afternoon count and lockdown.
