Lockdown Activities
Unfortunately, there are many lockdown periods during a prison incarceration. It is important to find productive activities during those difficult times. For example, while locked in my cell I enjoy reading, writing, studying, exercising, and working on assignments for school. On the other hand, it can be used to plan out a schedule for the rest of the week or month going forward. The point is to continue to use the time in your advantage to complete goals and stay productive.
