AS #336 pn page 35 under moderate category code prohibited Acts states “circulating a petition”.
FCI Waseca staff are refusing to file this bp-8 along with several others of mine. I had to literally yell at MR Gabel and Cooper who came to talk about FSA this place is refusing to file our Bp-8’s and denying them our administrative remedy process. Ive been targeted over my rosaries as they restrict my right to practice my religion. Like I’ve said before I do not have alot of money for this messaging but I have the work that would be several claims against the FBOP for constutitonal right violations and I have several books wrote.
