What daily practice can I adopt that will not only keep me physically fit but also mentally strong during my time here?
My favorite daily practice that helps me stay physically fit and mentally strong is exercise. I usually enjoy running the track when the opportunity is available. But, there are times when the yard is closed and you have to improvise. Some of the options are workouts that consist of push-ups, pull-ups, dips, squats, lunges, and running the stairs. These physical activities help me become more disciplined and healthier.
