Prayed and meditated. Took the day off from working out. Did some writing on my anger relapse prevention plan and some writing on criminal beliefs for my group I’m facilitating on Friday. Then I had my music class and then Intercultural communication, which I like.
It shows that there are a lot of other cultures with different values than ours. Communication is always a good tool to have.
