I’m working on an Edovo domestic violence course. Which is good because it teaches how to have healthy relationships. Even though I’ve never had any physical abuse relationships have always been a trigger for me. They are highly stressful. So learning tools to have a healthy relationship really fits into my sobriety plan. I learned anything that is not helpful to the relationship is considered abusive. I learned to identify my first signs of anger and the earlier I do I can take a time out and come back to the situation later when I calm down.

Character defects: anger, fear, codependency

Grateful: self-help. Growth, family
