1). What makes you an outstanding candidate for a job, a partnership , a lone or Verture capital to start a business
Prior to my incarceration, i already started a catering business (on a small scale). I helped followed African who had tight schedules prepare African delicacies at a very affordable costs. When i eventually get out and i privileged to get a loan, it will further help me set up the business on a larger scale thereby meeting more demands. On a job front, i am a bachelors degree holder in Interdisciplinary studies( focused on Communication and leadership) with a goal in get masters degree in Human resources. With these degrees together with my commendable understanding with human relations, i know i would make a good employee
2) How are your serving your Community?
I am already working on documenting my journey to prison as well as my experience in here which i plan to share with my immediate community as well as people afar off. By doing this, i would have been able to help young people especially migrants like me avoid making the mistakes that i made which eventually led me to prison. my story will help others make a better decisions.
3) What are the risk and rewards of building a career that earns profits rather than a career that generates predictable wages?
Building a career that earns profits rather than one that guarantees a predictable income is more rewarding because your profit are uncapped in the sense that you decide how much you make by how much efforts you put into the business. whereas on the other hand, earning a wage caps one’s earning because you can’t earn more than what is due regardless of how much effort or extra work is spent. It is important to note that there are risks involved in building one’s career however, in the long run the rewards far outweighs the risk
