Journal Entry

I have continued to write more pages and words in the book that I have began to write. It has started to take shape and it is an exciting thing to do something for the first time that you always wanted to do. I have continued to build towards success by helping other as well. Yesterday I began to work on a business plan with another inmate that will release to go home within the next year or less. He wants to start a trucking company so I am imparting my knowledge of the Trucking industry that I had ran for twelve years before coming to the federal system. I am sharing real information with him about the hardships that come along with starting a trucking company and also the rewards of owning your own company. It’s the most work I have ever done in any capacity of employment or otherwise. It takes alot of gumption to step out and believe in yourself 100 percent. You have to scratch and claw for every inch until you get out of the hard beginings. That lasts about 6 years to be honest. You have to establish so many things to have a full scale trucking company running on all cylinders every day. Its always gonna be a pitfall or hurdle in front of you at every turn. It’s how you handle them that makes or breaks your business. It’s a beautiful thing to help others accomplish something that they are passionate about. I feel like this is detrimental to my success as well. I know that his success can assist me in the future. I am planning to have partners in business today for tomorrow.
