Mentor Moment…
Sometimes the life of a “Life Performance Coach ” can put me into a mentor or coaching mode at the most random times – even mid conversation about topics that are not related I accidently seem to shift the topic. I believe it’s due to my drive to truly care about people to a fault of talking deeper than just surface chatting…
On this day a friend whom I have mentored periodically about his marriage happen to share a small talk with me. I often times pick up energy as a vibe naturally… I could tell he wasn’t his usual spunky self so I shifted to ask how his Life & relationship was going with his wife. To Keep his personal life private and respect his situation I will exempt including any details. What I can share is that I encouraged him to focus on his self-Improvement and also start- begin to explore learning about all the love languages. He was very receptive and eager to explore the books I recommended.
I informed him that if he takes his personal growth serious in combination of applying proper Love Language his marriage will florish.
I am thankful he trusted my advice….I gave him the task of reporting back to me in a couple weeks so that we can pick up from that point. Iam grateful to be a reliable source for him.
