One meaningful goal i can set today would be to write down my goal of changing the way i communicate with others especially those who are having a hard time with addiction. I would like to choose one person a day whom i know is a user and go from there, so i will write it down and try to listen more an find ways that they feel good about in changing from one bad habit to 2 good habits. it would be meaningful to me if i can find them help and change the way this time is going. i don’t like to think people want to be stuck doing the same stuff that got them here in the first place.
