Critical Thinking Response:

1. Interoperability expands the use of blockchains to more people and connects more tokens and the cryptocurrency space in general.
2. The transactions that incentivize and reward formerly incarcerated persons can be processed quickly across various blockchains and verified immediately instead of waiting for human data entry and human verification.
3. I think decentralization can improve privacy and autonomy of individuals who use those systems as long as they are monitored and secured with the maximize available security.
