One clear goal I have in the next six months is to have all of my administrative remedies for the legal mechanisms afforded me for early release completely filed with the BOP and ready for submitting those in motions to the courts. Those inlcude the First Step Act credits and the Good Conduct Time credits the BOP is NOT awarding in accordance with the FSA statutes and federal laws, Compassionate Release through 3582(c)(1)(A) and the new sentencing guidelines for two-level offense reduction through 3582(c)(2). I have two the administrative remedies almost complete within the BOP for the first two, the FSA and GCT credits, and I have most of the motions filed.
