Today’s Response:
I have established the daily routine of working out since my arrival in federal prison. Most days I work out twice, early in the morning and in the afternoon after my prison job. As I have gained strength, stamina, and endurance, I have challenged myself to do more difficult and longer workouts. As Michael states, these workouts are a benefit to my body (physical improvement), my mind (mental improvement), and my soul (emotional improvement).
My personal development goal for next month is to have finished my suit against the BOP for not executing the FSA time credits as the law was written and have it ready to file with the court, pending my other motions for early release.
