In almost every situation in life such as home, work, team sports, individual sports, volunteer work, family gatherings, there are leaders. Those leaders are people who choose to be leaders, who come by it naturally, who earn it, or who are voted to be leaders. They come from different experiences and backgrounds and that allows you to see different leadership styles. Seeing different leadership styles allows you to find the ones that benefit you and that work for you and your situation. And it may be more than one.
