Since reporting to prison, I have taken full advantage of the law library and read tons of legal books on statutes, procedures, the Constitution, processes, BOP Programs, legal cases, and legal newsletters. The best way to arm yourself for litigation, at any stage, is knowledge. Take notes and re-read them to remember how they might apply to your partiular fight, motion, request. Knowledge IS power!
