Since I failed to comply with the second psych eval, a hearing was scheduled a couple weeks later. There was still no ruling on any of my legal filings to question/challenge the second evaluation, and no recognition of my initial psych eval report. I thought these would be discussed at the hearing.
I drove to St Louis that morning for the hearing, expecting to come home that night and go back to work the next morning… I did not come home for nearly four months!
