Sept 6, 7 & 8 – Fri, Sat & Sun
It’s been so hot I haven’t been able to do anything. Saturday Santa Ana was 113 and it’s way hotter and humid here. I ran Sunday and nearly passed out after 8 miles. I tried to use a mind over matter. If the Greeks and Romans could do it why not me? It’s too hot though, the cells are hotter than outside. People are falling out and going to the hospital.
