I worked out for an hour. Didn’t eat any sugar. I finished a couple edovo courses. Practiced the new information I learned from them. I’m practicing anger management. When I get angry I rate it on my anger meter from 1-10 I ask myself what the base emotion is that is creating anger as a secondary emotion. And I ask myself is there any benefit to having this emotion. It doesn’t stop the anger but it takes some of the power away from the emotion. And identifying it builds my emotional intelligence and makes it easier to control my emotions and the actions that accompany those emotions.
