I read the four agreements. I learned the second agreement which is to not take anything personal. People do things based on their own perception of reality. So if someone tells you something negative it has nothing to do with you. It has to do with them.
I went to electronics and I learned to rewire a reading light and solder it in place. I got it to work. It was exciting.
I met with a psychologist and discussed past traumas. And different therapeutic approaches.
I practiced guitar for an hour.
I signed my honors addendum for English and worked on deciding what project I’m going to do for the semester.
