Journal Entry: August 12, 2024 – August 18, 2024

As we embark on this week of action-packed projects and compelling challenges, it’s clear that it will be a memorable one. With temperatures forecasted to soar into the 100s throughout the week, we face a true test of resilience and adaptability.

Our days begin bright and early at 6 AM, setting the stage for a week filled with excitement and some unexpected twists. Currently, we are navigating a slight hiccup with our longline paint truck, which is undergoing essential repairs. Despite this setback, our team remains upbeat and resourceful. We will strategically rearrange our schedule to stay on track with our extensive project lineup.

Weekly Overview:

Monday to Friday: Our days will follow a consistent rhythm, though the sequence of tasks may shift depending on the longline paint truck’s return to service. Once operational, we will initiate a significant longline paint project in Coolidge. This project marks the beginning of a week filled with high-profile and engaging assignments. In addition to the major projects, we have a variety of in-town tasks lined up, including Shortline paint and RPMs, as well as diverse signage installations. Each day will bring new opportunities and challenges.

Day-by-Day Breakdown:

Monday: We kick off the week with our usual routine, though we encountered an unexpected issue with our RPM/Trailer needing repairs.

Tuesday: We will continue full steam ahead with several ongoing projects, laying the groundwork for the week.

Wednesday: Anthony takes a well-deserved day off. Despite his absence, the team will maintain momentum and keep all projects moving smoothly.

Thursday: With Anthony off again, our team will persist with unwavering focus to ensure all projects stay on course.

Friday:

U of A Shortline Paint: Sean Dillon will lead this critical job, upholding our high standards.

Parking Garage Signs: Kalill will oversee the installation, adding a fresh and professional touch.

Clean RPM Trailer/Finish Road: Reggie and Zach will handle essential maintenance and final touches with precision.

Bobcat Dirt Work/Practice Waterblaster: Justin will engage in dirt work and practice with the waterblaster, sharpening his skills for future tasks. This includes leveling the backyard area for the future building site and cleaning out the drainage ditch in the front of the gate.

Saturday: Starting at 6 AM, Justin will focus on yard work for the prefab office building, preparing it for shipment to California. Tasks include removing the old roof liner and taking out the AC window units.

Sunday: Justin will conclude the office building preparation by removing insulation, cleaning up debris, and securing the rear door to ensure readiness for immediate shipping.

With a week brimming with diverse projects and a mix of planned and spontaneous tasks, we are in for an exhilarating ride. Despite the heat, our commitment to tackling these challenges with enthusiasm and determination remains steadfast. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to make strides and approach each project with the dedication and excellence that define our work.
