Dear Journal,
As I sit here, pen in hand, I’m overwhelmed with a profound sense of gratitude. Gratitude for the unexpected outcome that has allowed me to be here today, alive and breathing. The twists and turns of life have brought me to this very moment, and I can’t help but marvel at the resilience of the human spirit. I recall the moments when hope felt distant, and yet, against all odds, I persevered. The outcome I’ve been granted, the chance to continue this journey, is a gift beyond measure. I’ve been given a second chance, a clean slate to paint my aspirations, dreams, and passions.
