Today I will work towards staying positive and practicing being mindful of the things I can do while I am here. I may not be able to be free but my mind is free. They cannot control what I chose to read or educate myself with. I am going to work towards reading and writing about what I read at least once a week. I am going to try to read more informative books instead of reading my normal psychological thrillers. Try to broaden my horizons
