Today I woke up to a hectic morning. We are having an inspection later and people are running around trying to get their cells in order. Also it was foggy this morning as it sometimes is since we are by the coast. Now we have to have a fog count to account for everyone. I almost skipped my daily reading and note taking but I figured I would read at least the daily journal Vol 2 that I was sent. I’m glad that I did because it gave me the motivation to do the whole rest of my morning routine. Small, Smart Choices + Consistency + Time = RADICAL DIFFERENCE. Also just a slow drip eventually fills a bucket. That reminded me just to do something because something is better than nothing. I didn’t get to study as long as I would of liked to before we were locked down but at least I studied. The same will be done for my workout routine. I usually lift weights in the morning and then jog or do burpees in the afternoon. We didn’t get a chance to go to yard this morning so now I will have to try and cram both workouts in the afternoon. I may not be able to get both workouts done completely but I will do something no matter what.
