Another day I am awakened with a breath of life. I am blessed because I am corrected and taught how to view things through words. How can we truly stand next to someone in their time of need? We don’t need to walk away but stand firm, grab one another’s hand, and fight together. I am thankful for my wife, who teaches me these things. I have been away for so long that I can become detached from how to truly be a husband and a friend. I am lucky enough to have someone to keep me rooted in reality. I will continue to better myself in all ways in order to be the best version of myself.
