It's Friday in here which means absolutely nothing really. It's just another day. I've been up and about all morning but feeling a bit blue today. I've got a couple things bouncing around my head that will just not go away I'm not sure why. My religious efforts this morning suggested that this is a time to let go of the past and focus on what has been achieved and what is to come. If only it were that easy HA but I get stronger every day. I am also feeling a bit sick this morning. I'm sore, my nose is runny, and I am tired despite sleeping well. I think that might be affecting my overall outlook this morning as well. Oh the joys of being stuck in a cement box with a bunch of guys. I'll get a bit of rest tomorrow though so upwards and onwards today. My goals are to complete the first reading assignments in the Psychology course, a fast pace sweat producing workout, some vocabulary building work, and some craft time.
