Shame:- Shame is different from guilt. It is an inner sense of feeling of broken or not good enough. Unlike most guilt , shame is an unhealthy feeling and often leads to damaging behaviors. You may feel shame if you judge yourself harshly or experience judgement from others. While it is common to experience regret or embrassment about past behaviors, it does not mean you are an unworthy person.
