It rain very hard and was windy too last night. the trail was flooded and the wind was blowing very hard in the morning. The morning started out dark and very cold, in the 40’s with wind chill factor it felt like below freezing. I had to wear extra layers of clothes and jacket to keep warm while walking on the basketball court. As the dawn sky emerged with the beautiful dark analogous colors which range from dark brown, red, orange, light blue to dark blue. The beautiful sky turn to light pastel colors as the morning progressed until the big bright red orange sphere emerged. There were hardly any clouds in the sky, it made for a beautiful cold morning. Completed walking 6 miles at 8:10 AM in 1 hour 15 minutes and 55 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 15 seconds per mile (milla) or 49 seconds per lap (vuelta). Stretched at the training room until 8:35 AM. The stretch felt better in the training room rather than out in the cold. Cleaned the computer room. Had some chips and an apple for snacks.
