I am driven to turn pain into purpose. I’m aware of the difficulties and complications associated with “amends” in relation to my offense behavior. I believe, though, that there are ways that purpose can be extracted from the ashes. Restorative Justice is one of the particular interests in my wheelhouse, as one of the “recipients”, which are essentially proxies for unavailable or unwilling perpetrators who act as stand-ins or substitutes for victims to speak to or unload their frustrations and feelings about their pain and suffering.
I am driven to turn the pain I’ve caused into purpose.
