Journal Entry

Gathering as much community support can do things for you while you are getting arraigned and going through the process of incarceration. if not moral support then documented support that goes a long way to show your character background in the community. getting organized through old school friends, family, church, and local newspapers. having a story about you telling everyone to write to the courts telling them that who you are. to show how unlikely it is that you could be guilty of any federal crime.
you might be guilty but that doesn’t mean you are a bad guy who was going to come to prison no matter what. people make mistakes in life and having written support handed directly to the judge signed by everyone one in the surrounding churches can make even the most cold hearted judge think twice about sending you to the penitentiary.
