Writing books can benifit you in many ways that i have observed over the years when i see people put their mind to going through with the whole process of getting published. even if the material they are writing is to me crap some one out there in the world buys what they are producing and they make money from it. not only that but sitting down and learning the whole writing process itself is a journey that many are not prepared to take so that is a great accomplishment for some one to do. when you take the time to put your thoughts down and have a plan to let others read them it a big step in trusting that you can take the critism that come along with it. i have written manuscripts before and have been ridiculed for what i mad and was discouraged to take it further. looking back now i should have used that as a learning experience to improve the way i was writing the style i was using. there are a lot of parts to writing that i found out as i personally struggled with such as flow, continuation, and story telling. i am a good story teller but i some times get bogged down in trying to use proper grammer and having too many details in describing a part of the story that when i go back is quite unnecessary.

Not only do have to grow as a writer but you have to grow as an individual and in publishing your side of the story not only shows the world at large what you were going through but it takes you back in time and relive the experience. you can look at what happened through the lens of an outside observer and see things that you never realized were there before. puttingall this into account hopefully is a lesson for every one involved espescially for oneself.

After you are convicted and society tells you you are now a criminal to be kept from the public for their safety you are mentally at risk of believing there is no redemption. but to escape this mindset is crucial and you can tell the world how your reaction to the whole process has changed you. and not only just being sentenced but through the journey of doing time and all the things that happen around you that you have no control over but must be witness to. you see things you wish you never saw and are put through stressfull situations by people who have no understanding or care about the person staning next to them. you meet people with their own belief system and morals that make no sense to youself and must be careful when encountering them because you never know what might offend them to the point they lash out at you. sometimes these things make you want to stay in you cell and never come out for fear of running into the wrong person on the wrong day and become victim to random acts of violence. so in telling the world of this is not only therapeutic put a healthy way to let go of the trauma you might experience. because some one might recieve your story and reach out to help you. to let you know not every one has condemned you forever.
