What makes me an outstanding job candidate is that my personal determination to do the job not only correctly but take pride in the completion of the job. a long time ago before I was locked up I used to work in the forestry industry tree thinning wide areas of wood. not only did I have to cut down trees that were fifteen feet within each other I had to identify trees that were mutated or growing fungus that could spread to other trees infecting and killing them. other guys on my team of workers didn’t take this part of the job seriously and simply chopped trees down regardless of the state. I myself was taught to take pride in whatever I do and went the extra mile by searching out the mutated and infected trees. it took me longer and I may not have cut down as many trees as the others but at the end of the day I did the job right so when the forestry inspector came to review our work he noticed the difference in the area that i had cut. the others had go back after the inspection and redo their area but because I had already taken the time to do the job correctly I didn’t have to. in fact in certain situations I had to redo entire areas someone else didn’t to correctly because that person quit after being told he was not going to be paid until he re-did the job correctly. so that being said I believe in practicing good work ethic by doing the job right the first time through and if I make a mistake I don’t get mad when I am told how I need to improve my performance. I take criticism in the light that I am being made a better worker by taking that criticism as a positive form of improving myself.
in knowing this about me I would like to believe I would be good at any job I am put to even if I have to improve over time I won’t quit, I will only try harder to be better so I myself and the person I am working for won’t lose money and time. if I went in for a loan I would first prepare my business plan down to the smallest detail I could think of so the person giving me the loan would know I am absolutely sure, without a shadow of doubt, believe that I myself believe I can succeed in what I propose to do with that loan. nobody wants to be duped out of their hard earned cash with no return. and taking that risk should always be rewarded when it’s time to recoup on the risk that was taken. doing so will not only give me good background but a viable reference to receive more loans in the future for further venture I would like to take.
