What drew my attention to read this book was the title and the summary on back about the author. I have always been interested in understanding what it means to manifest something. In addition, the word ‘Tibetan’ in the subtitle caught my eye as well. The Tibetan Monks are some of the most discipline and enlighten humans on earth and I always wanted to know more about the way they think. However, the author Tara Springett’s background summary on back prompt me as well… she’s a qualified psychotherapist and an author of many self-help books with a combined experience of 25 years helping and teaching others how to tap into their full potential. As I stated many times before I always keep a lookout for literature that can provide insights to personal growth and enlightenment.
What I have learned from this book is truly challenging to summarize into words. It must be experienced. One of my favorite things that I gained were several exercises that assist to release any mental blockages that one may have unconsciously internally. I also learned that manifesting is a real law…we are always manifesting regardless if we are aware of it or not.. we can manifest negatively or…in ways of intentional benefit to our desires of life. Another thing I learned was that we power and control, than we assume when it comes to co-creating our life experiences.
Advanced Manifesting has already been instrumental in shaping my success… almost all the concepts that Springett taught I am currently applying. She did an phenomenal job not just teaching the concepts but providing actual daily exercises to practice & giving real life examples & testimonies of clients whom she has worked with as well. I am beyond excited to see how these concepts contribute to my mindset after prolonged use.
