Why I am reading this book:
I found this book and picked it up at the time after I found out I was the target of a government
investigation and was lost in what I should do next in my life. I knew that I was going to have to
leave the healthcare field where I built a career over the past 8 years and find employment in a
brand new industry. I had never faced the challenge of changing careers and industries like this,
let alone while facing a government investigation. The title “Your Next 5 Moves” grabbed my
attention and I saw that this book was not only about your next 5 moves in business but life in
general.
I was also drawn to this book because I look up too and admire the author Patrick Bet David
and the type of example and leader he in our county and business community. Although he
comes from Iran he has been in america most his life and does many things to add value and
create a better environment in the country. He puts out alot of content on youtube, podcasts,
instagram, to promote “the future looks bright” and gives great free advice for entrepreneurs and
business owners to continually get better and grow. I have always strived for personal
excellence and personal growth in all areas in my life, Patrick is a great leader and example to
look up too for anyone working
