In Honor of the Great Prophet Noble Drew Ali
To Whom It May Concern:
I, Mark Carter-EL, being a free, natural, and divine being, do hereby make public and solemn proclamation of my Moorish-American Nationality and Divine Creed of Islamism, in accordance with the teachings and mandates of the Moorish Science Temple Of America (MSTA), founded by the illustrious Prophet Noble Drew Ali, who was divinely prepared and sent by Allah to redeem His people from their sinful ways and bring them back into the Constitutional fold of Government.
I affirm that I am a descendant of the Ancient Moabite, whom inhabited the northwestern and southwestern shores of Africa, and who are now known as Moorish-Americans. My ancestors are of Moroccan and Canaanite descent, born in America, and this is my proper national descent name. I hereby reject all misnomers such as Negro, Black, Colored and Ethiopian, which were falsely applied to my people during the period of enslavement and social death in North America.
My nationality is Moorish-American, and I am a citizen of the Moorish Nation by birthright and divine inheritance. I affirm my lawful and peaceful allegiance to the principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice, which form the foundation of the Moorish Divine and National Movement under the guidance by our Prophet.
I further affirm and profess my Divine Creed of Islamism, which is the ancient and universal faith of my forefathers, practiced in truth and righteousness since time immemorial. I recognize that Islamism, as taught by Prophet Noble Drew Ali not to be confused with the Arabianized or foreign schools of Islam is the religion of peace, harmony, and upliftment for the Asiatic nations of North America. I recognize that Allah is God, and I honor all true and divine prophets and the divine principles laid out in the Moorish Holy Koran (circle 7) of the Moorish Science Temple of America, divinely prepared by our Prophet.
Through this proclamation, I reclaim my divine origin, my lawful identity, and inheritable birthrights as a Moorish-American. I am determined to live according to the divine laws and moral code given by our Prophet, and do my part in uplifting fallen humanity and fulfilling the objectives of the Moorish Divine and National Movement.
I do hereby submit this proclamation as a act of free will, standing upright, fearless and noble before Allah, man and government. Let this document serve as lawful notice to all public and private entities, that I am not subject to any status of statelessness, nor am I bound to the artificial labels or categories placed upon my people by past or present misrule.
I am what my ancient forefathers were without doubt or contradiction.
