I would like to add to my daily journal today that I completed a wellness class that is a first step act class, Diabetes class in the recreation dept. It is a 12 week course and I received a 100% on the final exam test. I am a type 2 diabetic but I learned a few new things about the disease that is hereditary in my family. Thank uyou for your time. I will try to update on my journey everyday. Still fairly new to this, so I am currently waiting on info from Mr. Santos’s team on how to prepare and plan for the future.
